January 12, 2025 Service Canceled
Because of the snow and icy conditions in our parking lot, we’re canceling all services this Sunday (January 12). We never want anyone to risk their safety to come out in dangerous weather, and we care deeply about our amazing volunteers who help make Sundays happen.
However, church doesn’t stop just because we can’t meet in person! Here are a few ways you can still worship and stay connected:
1. Join Our Chronological Bible Reading Plan
This week, we’re reading about Isaac and Rebekah. If you haven’t started yet, you can jump right in—visit tccknox.com/bibleplan so you can sign up and read alongside the rest of TCC. Share your insights and reflections in the comments!
2. Watch the Bible Project Video on Genesis
We encourage you to watch this great video from The Bible Project, which explores the latter half of Genesis. It serves as an excellent companion to our current readings in the plan. https://youtu.be/VpbWbyx1008
3. Spend Time in Worship and Prayer
Put on your favorite worship playlist and carve out some moments to praise God. Also, please join us in praying for anyone facing hardship—whether due to wildfires in California, ongoing health issues, or other challenges. Prayer truly changes things.
4. Catch Up on Past Messages
If you’ve missed any recent services, head over to tccknox.com/sermons to watch archived sermons. It’s a great chance to stay engaged with what God’s doing in our church family.
We’re so thankful that God is not bound by buildings or weather, and that we have technology allowing us to connect even when conditions keep us at home. Stay safe, stay warm, and we look forward to worshipping together next Sunday!
