Mark came on staff at Trinity in 1989. He serves our body in many ways, most notably in his role as Discipleship Pastor, training and developing leaders and helping to set up teams and systems to assure ministry is maximized at Trinity. Mark led worship for over 20 years at Trinity during which time he trained many others in that ministry and authored the book “Because He’s Worthy”. Parts of the book have been translated into Russian and Spanish and have blessed people in multiple nations. Mark also serves as TCC’s Missions Coordinator. In this role, he oversees and helps facilitate local outreaches and church-sponsored missions efforts, regionally, nationally and internationally. He travels throughout the United States and overseas equipping leadership teams in local churches and teaching on worship, family and theology through conferences and seminars. Mark and his wife Melissa have four children, Katie, Emily, Allison, who married Noah Seiple and has a son named Luke, and Zac, who is married to Brooke.
