Camp Fees Schedule

Be sure to get your registration and deposit or full tuition in early!

Only $100 per camper! If tuition is paid in full before June 12th 2026

$125 per camper if tuition is paid the day of camp, June 13th 2026

Discounts may be available for multiple campers in the same family that are in the same household.

Camper Drop Off

Drop off:
Parents, Guardians or other authorized persons can drop off campers:
Monday July 13th – Friday, July 17th between 8:30 – 9:00 am at Trinity Community Church.
Please have any payments due when dropping off.
Remember – camper fees paid at the camp on July 13th, are $125.
Cash or Checks only please when paid at the camp.

Camper Daily Pickup

Pick up:
Parents, Guardians or other authorized persons can pick up campers:
Monday July 13th – Thursday July 16th between 4:30 – 4:45pm at Trinity Community Church.

Last Day of Camp and The GALA

Our last day of Camp Gattawanna will be held at Trinity Community Church
Our GALA will start at 4:30pm, Friday July 17th.
Please plan on attending the GALA to cheer on your camper for all their hard work!
We encourage you to invite family or friends to watch your camper express the things thay learned camp week.
The GALA is always a wonderful time to cheer on your camper and see the hard work they put in to their artform!

After the completion of the GALA and the awarding of the prizes, you are free to collect your campers’ belongings and take them home!

Camp Location

Camp this year will be held at the:
Trinity Community Church:  6706 Central Ave. Pike, Knoxville TN 37912, Monday July 13th to Friday July 17th. 

If you are not paying in full when you sign up, a $25 deposit per camper can be paid when registering, but the full amounts must be paid before June 12th to get that discount.
