Building Use

Got an event coming up and need a spot for it?

We are excited to work with our partners and community members and to come alongside ministries, businesses, and organizations. Our goal is to provide facilities that meet your needs and allow us to continue our week-to-week activities.

There are numerous events here at TCC throughout the year, so please bear with us as we accommodate as many people as possible. Please be aware that there will be an approval process for building use, and some spaces may have associated costs.

Rooms Available For Use

Sanctuary

With 300 seats, our Sanctuary is a great option for larger events. It is ideal for events that require more sophisticated sound or video usage.

(Note that for most events held in our Sanctuary, one of our tech contractors must be on site.)

Lobby/Coffee Bar

Have a more casual event or meeting coming up? Then the Lobby and Coffee bar area may be a perfect fit! With couches and comfy chairs, it’s a great place for birthday parties, bridal and baby showers, triads, and other casual events of less than 60 people.

Community Room

The Community Room is one of the best event spaces in our building, with plenty of room for chairs, tables, and people, up to a guest size of 80. Tables and chairs are available on-site, along with easy access to our kitchen for any food prep needs. There is a sound and video system also in the space.

Kitchen

Available for meal prep, this is a great space to get your event’s food ready to go! Contact our office for more information on what our kitchen has to offer.

The Forge

The Forge, with its industrial style and cozy decor, is ideal for intimate events for up to 60 people. This versatile space features outdoor access, a patio and a dedicated sound system, and can host various events from weddings to worship nights.

Adult Classrooms

Our Adult Classrooms are the perfect environment for teaching and include seating for around 7-10 people per room.

Conference Room

Need somewhere for a smaller group to have a more serious discussion? Our Conference Room can host up to 10 people comfortably, making it a great space for small meetings, Bible studies, triads, and more.

Kid’s Classrooms

We love kids here at TCC and have worked hard to make our children’s classrooms both inviting and usable for kids of all ages. Need a space for childcare during your event? No problem; our Kids Classrooms come with age-appropriate toys and are designed to be kid-focused.

Regular Building Hours

Office Hours

Tuesday – Thursday 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

The building may close earlier if no events are scheduled. The Office is closed for most major holidays. Special approval may be required for events outside of regular open hours.

Request Usage

For room reservations, click here. Your request will be processed, and upon review and approval, a staff member will contact you.

Note: Facility Charges may apply to your request. Our facility is heavily used. Please submit your request as early as possible.

TCC Ministries, Members & Attendee Requests

A minimum lead time of seven days is requested to plan for your event. All requests require approval by our office staff.

Outside Ministries, Business or Individual Requests

A minimum lead time of 14 days is required to plan for your event. All requests require approval by our office staff.
