Exercise Classes S.A.I.L.

S.A.I.L. is an acronym for Stay Active & Independent for Life.

This class incorporates cardio, strength and balance. It meets Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 9am in our Fellowship Hall. It is $2 per class. Silver Sneakers are free. Contact Debbie Harris for more information @ 865.689.0171
